An unforgettable personal development experience for young people aged 18-25 from the UK and overseas. This 8 day course is based around a series of unique team challenges, after which participants develop their own international projects, with our support.

Momentum Student Leaders Development Course
A three day residential for young people preparing to take on student leadership roles such as prefects, team captains, college union reps etc. This course can be run for individual schools or groups / clusters of schools, as required. It combines some of the best elements of our one day programmes with a range of outdoor education and other activities.
Momentum Community and Enterprise Programme
An integrated series of activities for young people in secondary or sixth form education, combining UK and overseas residential events with community or business projects, over a 12-18 month period. The programme broadens personal horizons, encourages active citizenship and helps students through key life transitions.
Momentum Group Leaders Training
A 4-day preparatory course for anyone intending to lead groups of young people on overseas exchanges (for example, on EU Youth in Action projects), or to host incoming groups. The course covers practical, professional, intercultural and other issues.
