In July 2010 Momentum ran one of its flagship training programmes, a 7 day leadership course. This was documented for the first time to provide an insight into a unique programme which uses technology, one day challenges, international networking and fun in order to give participants a chance to understand their strengths and weaknesses.

This film illustrates the process Momentum takes the participants through and explains how lives start to be changed by creating a massive amount of momentum in their lives. The film is 30 minutes in duration, a trailer is also available.
