They aim to create a culture of enterprise in education across the country. This is built on their award winning training programme which supports teachers working with 4 -19 year olds.

Most teachers are already covering these areas in the classroom the Are You Ready model enables teachers to link it to the world of work, therefore making students more aware of why they need to learn curriculum areas in school, therefore making them more employable once they leave.
