We are a not-for-profit organisation providing long-term personal development for young people. We are registered in the UK as a Community Interest Company.

Our mission is to create sustainable change in the lives of young people and their communities.

Our aims are:

• To enable young people to expand their horizons and aspirations, give them a positive direction and help them prepare for working life.
• To increase young people’s participation in international projects and exchanges.
• To empower and motivate young people in their home community through local projects and groups.
• To cultivate an international network of similarly motivated young people.

Our core activity is the Momentum Programme a unique personal development framework based around both international and local activities.

We also provide a range of consultancy services to organisations and groups working with young people.

We work with young people aged 16 and over. We particularly want to help people who usually don’t have so many opportunities. Our work is UK-focused but international in character, and we have partners in many different countries.
